Escrow & Refund Policy

Every order on EXODENT is protected by escrow. Funds are held securely when an order is placed and released to the designer only after you approve the delivered design.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled before design work begins, the full amount is refunded. Disputes are reviewed by our team, and funds are released or refunded based on the delivery state and case evidence.

Auto-release

If no dispute is opened within the review window after delivery, escrowed funds are automatically released to the designer.
